Title tag
Meaning
A title tag is the HTML element that defines a page's title, often shown as the clickable headline in search results and in the browser tab. Google advises a unique, descriptive title for each page, notes there is no fixed length limit although long titles are truncated to fit the screen, and warns that keyword stuffing looks spammy. Google may also rewrite a title link when the title is missing, outdated or inaccurate. Put the main topic in plain words near the start.
