Hreflang
Meaning
Hreflang is an annotation that tells search engines which language or regional version of a page is meant for which audience. Google says each language version must list itself and all the others, that the links must point to each other or they are ignored, and that x-default can name a fallback page for visitors whose language matches no version. It suits sites serving English alongside Hindi or other languages. Use separate URLs for each language rather than cookies.
